Cynthia Wintrick
Quality Assurance Manager
Cynthia was born in Minnesota and moved to Florida, the Sunshine State, in 2000. She attended Southern Methodist University in Texas & Iowa State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in TQM (Total Quality Management).
Future aspirations include obtaining her Master’s degree in TQM. Cynthia is married to her husband Don and is the proud mother of four amazing children:
Katelyn is a Speech Pathologist
Joe is a Football coach for a D1 college (Won the 2019 NCAA Football D2 National Championship playing left guard for the University of West Florida)
Madelyn will be a senior in the fall studying Psychology
George will be leaving the nest this fall to study Chemical Engineering
Her proudest title is Nana to her first grandchild Ellie Grace, born in 2021. Cynthia has been with Senior Healthcare Direct (SHD) since 2020 and is currently the Quality Assurance Manager who reports to the Compliance Officer. Working with the Compliance Officer and Leadership, Cynthia strives to maintain SHD’s stellar reputation for Quality Sales & Compliance by preventing risk to beneficiaries and the organization. Cynthia is very proud of the hard work & dedication of all the Quality Assurance Analysts! She is grateful for the commitment and passion of the entire Quality & Compliance department.
